Towards Transition Glasgow - Towards Transition Glasgow (TTG) is a collective of like minded people, communities and groups from across Glasgow and beyond who are preparing for a low-carbon future.  TTG brings the head, heart and hands of communities together to network and share ideas, stories, inspiration, information and much, much more as we rebuild community resilience and self-reliance.

Dennistoun Support Service - 183 Thomson Street, Dennistoun, Glasgow, G31 1RP. Telephone:0141 554 4358. Manager – Deborah Smith. Opening Hours: Monday To Friday, 9am – 4pm. Dennistoun Support Service is a community resource provided to support older people within the local community.  It is managed by Glasgow City Council Social Work Department.  The centre can offer support to individuals who require the opportunity to meet others within the Day Care setting. A wide range of older people use the service, ranging from physically fit and independent to more frail people.
